Ingredients
- 4 pre-made pie shells (tart size)
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla pudding
- 1/4 cup apricot jelly
- 1 cup of each: Blueberries Strawberries (sliced) Raspberries Mandarin Oranges
- Spoon approx. 1/8 cup of pudding into each shell.
- Arrange fruit on top of pudding.
- Heat apricot jelly until liquified - add 1 Tbs. water if necessary.
- Brush the jelly glaze over the top of each tart.
- Let cool before serving
