Spinach and feta salad

Approx. 60 calories (3 grams of fat) per serving. Recipe serves 2

Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 tomato
  • 1/4 small red onion
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (tomato/basil)
  • balsamic vinegar
Directions
  1. Arrange spinach on the plate.
  2. Add a tomato slice, red onion, and feta cheese.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
