Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 Roma tomato
- 6 leaves fresh basil
- 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese (low fat)
Directions
- Remove seeds from the tomato.
- Chop the tomato and basil in a food processor.
- Arrange spinach on the plate.
- Add sliced mozzarella and top with the salsa.
