Ingredients
- 4 oz. Saifun (cellophane noodles/bean threads)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 6 green onions
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Directions
- Heat 1/4 cup oil in a saucepan.
- Add dry saifun and cook until it's puffy. Drain on paper to remove oil.
- Lightly spray a sauté pan with olive oil.
- Add the bell pepper, zucchini, green onions, and cilantro.
- Add the teriyaki sauce and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Serve over cooked saifun.
