Ingredients
- 2 cups red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup carrots (sliced)
- 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tsp. chili oil
- 1 oz Teriyaki sauce
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- Crushed red pepper, to taste
Directions
- Sauté the chili oil, garlic, and crushed red pepper.
- Add the carrots.
- Add the Teriyaki sauce and bring to a boil.
- Add the snow peas, mushrooms, and red cabbage.
- Cook until all the vegetables are tender, not soggy!
