Ingredients
- 10 calamata olives
- 1 orange
- 1/4 small red onion
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- red wine vinegar
- leaf lettuce
Directions
- Place leaf lettuce on the plate.
- Add peeled oranges, olives and thinly sliced red onion.
- Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
- Drizzle with red wine vinegar.
