Broccoli salad

Approx. 75 calories (0 grams of fat) per serving. Recipe serves 2

Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw broccoli
  • 1 medium Roma tomato, sliced
  • 1/3 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tsp. fat free Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Drizzle salad dressing over the broccoli, tomatoes, and onions.
  2. Let sit for 15-30 mins for flavors to blend.
  3. Serve chilled or room temperature.
