Ingredients
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 2 small oranges
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. raspberry wine vinegar
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cut the peel from each orange and slice into cross sections.
- Arrange on a bed of spinach.
- For the dressing, squeeze juice from orange flesh left on peel and add the lemon juice and vinegar.
- Heat the dressing until hot.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and top with freshly ground black pepper.
