Noodles with red wine mushroom gravy

Approx. 220 calories (4 grams of fat) per serving. Recipe serves 4

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 3 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 packet Onion-Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • parsley flakes

Directions
  1. Mix the soups, red wine, black pepper, and mushrooms.
  2. Cook in a crock pot on low heat for approx. 8 hours.
  3. Serve over egg noodles.
  4. Garnish with parsley.
**this is also quite tasty with cubes pieces of beef in it
