Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 packet Onion-Mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- parsley flakes
Directions
- Mix the soups, red wine, black pepper, and mushrooms.
- Cook in a crock pot on low heat for approx. 8 hours.
- Serve over egg noodles.
- Garnish with parsley.
